Your information should have a clear purpose.

When you submit a project inquiry, Keyway receives the name, work email, company, selected challenge, timing, project summary, optional marketing preference, source page, submission time, and inquiry reference associated with that request.

Inquiry information is used to assess fit, respond, maintain follow-up records, protect the intake service, and keep an operational record of the conversation. Optional studio updates are sent only when the corresponding preference is selected.

The inquiry workflow uses Firebase and Google Cloud for application hosting, validation, storage, and operational processing. Mailgun is used to deliver owner notifications and inquiry confirmations. These providers process information to provide their contracted services.

Inquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legitimate business records, security, and applicable obligations. You may ask Keyway to correct or delete information, subject to records that must legitimately be retained.

Cloud and email providers may process information in more than one jurisdiction. Keyway selects established service providers and limits the information used by the inquiry workflow to what is needed for that purpose.

When aggregate website measurement is enabled, Keyway uses Plausible Analytics to understand page visits and a small set of meaningful actions such as language selection, service and case-study visits, and inquiry progress. This measurement does not use advertising cookies and never receives names, email addresses, company names, or inquiry text. Analytics remains disabled unless the service is explicitly configured. If more intrusive or non-essential technology is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before that processing is enabled.

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information. You can also withdraw from optional studio updates at any time by contacting Keyway.
