We begin with a focused conversation about the current operation, the people involved, timing, investment readiness, and the outcome that matters. The purpose is to decide whether Keyway is a good fit and identify a responsible next step.

Before building, we resolve the decisions between an intention and a working system: workflow, exceptions, responsibilities, information, integrations, boundaries, technical approach, risks, acceptance criteria, and delivery sequence.

You receive a transferable Definition Pack and can choose whether to build with Keyway or another qualified team. Standard Definition work is paid 50% to begin and 50% following the review presentation, before release of the final pack. More complex Definition work starts at US$6,400.

Focused workflow automation makes one important workflow reliable from beginning to end. It can connect requests, information checks, system updates, approvals, documents, notifications, and follow-up while sending exceptions to the right person. One clearly bounded automation phase starts at US$7,600 and includes implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, review, and handover. We can move directly to build only when the workflow, systems, exceptions, access, and acceptance conditions are already clear; otherwise Project Definition comes first.

The approved Definition establishes the actual scope and price for larger work. Each phase has one agreed outcome, a fixed price, a schedule, and a review point. As a broad guide, a focused internal tool commonly requires US$15,200–22,800; an operational system US$30,400–60,800; and complex platforms or modernisation are phased individually, normally from US$60,000. These are indicative ranges, not quotations.

Deployment, documentation, operational ownership, and appropriate support are planned as part of the system. The exact handover and maintenance model is agreed for each engagement.

Commercial terms, intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, access, hosting, support, and third-party costs are defined in the project agreement. Keyway can discuss an NDA before sensitive project information is shared.
